What if the flight is delayed or early?
We will check the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport 20 minutes after the plane has landed. Our driver then will meet you in the Arrivals Hall, 30 minutes after the flight has landed. If you would like the driver to meet you earlier or later than the standard 30 minutes, please email us with 24 hours notice using the contact us form, or by calling our call centre in advance +44 (0)1922 722233.
If you need to make any other arrangements just tell us and driver will arrive according to those arrangements.
