Drivers

Yellow Taxis only use drivers who have impeccable knowledge of at least 5 outlying areas and at least 5 years experience in the transport trade. All drivers have completed an in house four week training programme (this includes disability awareness training). All drivers are licensed by Walsall council (driver licence regulations) and have up to date CRB checks (what is CRB?) out on a regular basis.

Vehicle's

All vehicles are licensed in line with Walsall council regulations (what are the regulations); they are cleaned at least three times a week and vehicle inspections and mandatory vehicle checks are carried out every day.
